WHAT TO EXPECT

If you missed our high tide tour, why not join us on our Mid-Tide Coastal Tour, a 1.5 hour paddle that provides guests with a unique panoramic view and photo opportunity of the Flowerpot Rocks just as the tides are receding and revealing the true identity of the rock formations.  Guests also have a special opportunity to navigate through the ledges and up the mud lined Demoiselle Creek found at the south end of the Park.  When fully exposed, the massive 4 Kilometer wide mud flats at the foot of Shepody Mountain will serve as a stark contrast to a Bay that was totally flooded just hours before.

WAIVERS

Here at Baymount Outdoor Adventures Inc. we take safety very seriously. We go to great lengths to manage the hazards inherent to sea kayaking on the Bay of Fundy, however, these risks cannot be completely eliminated. For these reasons all of our participants must assume these risks and agree to sign a waiver form to participate in our trips.

We expect participants to be active in managing their own safety. We expect participants to follow their guides' direction and to wear a PFD (personal flotation device) at all times on the water. A briefing before every sea kayaking trip lays out expectations regarding safety.
