UNESCO’s Man and The Biosphere Program This UNESCO site provides details about the Man and the Biosphere Program.
New Brunswick Protected Areas In April 2003 the New Brunswick government passed legislation which permanently protected around 145,000 hectares of wilderness in our province. Caledonia Gorge  and Wilson Brook Conservation Areas are found within the Fundy Biosphere Reserve.
Canadian Parks & Wilderness Society CPAWS NB is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to the permanent protection of New Brunswick’s wilderness areas. Our goal is to work cooperatively with groups, governments, industry and individuals across our great province to ensure the future survival of New Brunswick’s wilderness areas and the species they contain.
Western Hemispheric Shorebird Reserve Network This web site provides information about the Shepody Bay Reserve and the network of key sites across the Americas established to protect shorebirds
Nature New Brunswick  The Nature New Brunswick web site, features information on the Mary’s Point Shorebird Preserve, as well as other Nature NB programs and services.
RAMSAR The RAMSAR site provides information about the international framework for national action and international cooperation for the conservation and wise use of wetlands and their resources.
