White Rock Classic This mountain bike adventure is centered in an abandoned gypsum quarry area just west of the Village of Hillsborough. One hundred and fifty years of mining, combined with karst gypsum topography, has made this an incredible landscape for mountain biking. With many kilometers of abandoned mining roads and technical single track, the site has something for all riding abilities and is regarded by many, as the best mountain biking site in Atlantic Canada. We’ll cool down for a snack inside one of the natural gypsum cave located on the property. Rating: Easy/Moderate Size: Custom Group Tours Dates: May to October

Caledonia Highlands The Caledonia Highlands and Shepody Mountain were created over 400 million years ago when continental land masses collided and formed the Appalachian Mountains. Today these ancient mountains are tiny in comparison to their original size, but the trail network, created through years of lumbering and mining operations, has provided us with an incredible number of mountain bike routes. Most rides in the highlands are rated as moderate, while those on Shepody Mountain pose a tough and formidable challenge for the toughest and fittest mountain bike rider.
